John Nguyen

John Nguyen is a Principal at Simcore, specializing in technology and innovation. He is based in Los Angeles, California, and has over a decade of experience in the utilities industry.

Prior to Simcore, John held various positions at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, including roles in infrastructure and strategy, and real estate, engineering, and legal. He has extensive experience in SCADA, asset management, mobile applications, CAD, online training, GIS, public sector, and change management.

John has a wealth of experience in developing internal strategies, implementing IoT sensors, and creating mobile-based applications for emergency workflows and employee safety. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
