Mike Park

PRINCIPAL, ENERGY

Mike Park is a Principal at Simcore Partners, specializing in project finance and commercial real estate lending. He is based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area and has spent the past 20 years in renewable energy and financial services. He has worked in commercial lending, government lending, and start-up ventures.

In banking, Mike held senior level roles at TransPecos Banks, Twain Financial Partners, Live Oak Bank, and National Cooperative Bank.  He founded W3 Park Partners to provide strategic advisory and capital sourcing services to the energy, commercial real estate and education sectors. Earlier, he served at the US Department of Energy Loan Programs Office, and held executive roles at two start-up companies, Noesis Energy and Greenprint Partners.

Mike has a wealth of experience in project finance, financial analysis, and strategic partnerships. He holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from The George Washington University School of Business and a BA in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University.
