Troy Matthews is an EPC Advisor to Simcore and brings over 30+ of experience which includes design work, drafting, construction and project management for solar design, construction and installation.

Troy is an Executive Director of Operations at Precis Solar, EPC partner to Simcore. Previously, Troy worked at Horizon Solar Power and was responsible for leading all “turn-key” aspects in the mobile home business of site construction, design, engineering, permitting, material procurement, and supervision of all subcontractors. He was Project Manager for all commercial PV system installations and oversaw all aspects of commercial project feasibility, design engineering, planning, project permitting, and construction.
