House Republicans have released a draft 2025 tax and spending bill that proposes significant changes to the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Key provisions include:
Earlier phase-outs of the commercial solar Investment Tax Credit (ITC)
Elimination of EV and energy efficiency credits
Repeal of transferability and direct pay
