Aggressive Clean Energy Targets

Nuclear Energy Framework
Creates a regulatory pathway for licensing small modular nuclear reactors (SMRs), requiring safety reviews and environmental justice assessments for new nuclear projects.
Streamlined Approval Processes
Expands the Public Service Commission (PSC) authority to expedite approvals for offshore wind and nuclear, including interconnection standards with PJM.
